We have been able to streamline our systems so that in-hand items are shipped within 2-3 days and custom orders are shipped within 5-7 days.
Items with longer ship times will be indicated in the product description.

At this time we are not authorized vendors for any sorority, fraternity, or other organization.

For refunds to be issued, the defective or broken item must be returned in a pre-paid mailer we will send to you.
Custom, worn, and used items may not be returned.
Full or partial refunds due to manufacturing delays can be made on a case-by-case basis.
