Do you host in-person events or pop-up shops?

On occasion we will partner with local organizations and set-up shop there. To find out about events we are attending, please follow our Instagram @LivieLexAndLynn

What is your turn around time for orders?

We have been able to streamline our systems so that in-hand items are shipped within 2-3 days and custom orders are shipped within 5-7 days.
Items with longer ship times will be indicated in the product description.

Are you an authorized sorority or other organizational vendor?

At this time we are not authorized vendors for any sorority, fraternity, or other organization.

What is your refund and return policy?

For refunds to be issued, the defective or broken item must be returned in a pre-paid mailer we will send to you.
Custom, worn, and used items may not be returned.
Full or partial refunds due to manufacturing delays can be made on a case-by-case basis.
